River of Thoughts...

He who gains a victory over other men is strong; but he who gains a victory over himself is all powerful.

Dreams are but thoughts until their effects be tried.

Your past is not your potential. In any hour you can choose to liberate the future.

Experience is not what happens to a man.

It is what a man does with what happens to him.

I can't believe that God put us on this earth to be ordinary.

River of Thoughts....

You cannot change anything in your life with intention alone, which can become a watered-down, occasional hope that you'll get to tomorrow. Intention without action is useless.

River of Thoughts....

When you want to encourage a greater sense of responsibility in others (and yourself), emphasize the anticipation of accomplishment, not the penalties for failure.

Courage is not the towering oak that sees storms come and go; it is the fragile blossom that opens in the snow.

Just check it out!!!!!

It’s about the stark deficit that India faces when it comes to production and consumption of crude oil. Indirectly, it also reinforces the extent to which India is dependent on oil imports to meet its requirements. With crude oil prices being as volatile as they can be, and with little in terms of fresh discoveries, India's growth might get impacted if alternate energy sources (like gas) are not identified fast!

Nice one abt MANAGEMENT !!!!!!

A man in a hot air balloon realized he was lost. He reduced his altitude and spotted a woman below.

He descended a bit more and shouted: "Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I don't know where I am."

The woman below replied, "You're in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. You're between 40 and 45 degrees north latitude and between 9 and 60 degrees west longitude."

"You must be in Information Technology," said the balloonist.

"I am," replied the woman, "How did you know?"

"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct, but I've no idea what to make of your information, and the fact is I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help at all. If anything, you've delayed my trip."

The woman below responded, "You must be in Management."

"I am!" replied the balloonist, "but how did you know?"

"Well", said the woman, "you don't know where you are or where you're going. You have risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise, which you've no idea how to keep, and you expect people beneath you to solve your problems. The fact is you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but now, somehow, it's my fault."
